Jeffrey is a professor of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching MBA students at the Australian Graduate School of Business at the University of New South Wales. An active angel investor, Jeffrey is on the board of various well known startups.
Jeffrey’s corporate background includes leading global innovation strategy at Cisco, working with large corporates such as Westpac, Telstra, Woolworths, Baker McKenzie, and Perpetual.
Jemma is a keen innovation strategist and customer centricity advocate at The Strategy Group. She currently leads client engagements across a diverse range of industries and sectors including retail, law, technology and government.
Jemma is passionate about social innovation and spent a significant part of her career delivering social innovation projects in Asia. She enjoys reading and writing thought leadership pieces on innovation, customer centricity, social business, corporate strategy and the opportunities for Australian businesses in Asia.
Outside of work Jemma is growing her own entrepreneurial venture in the Chinese market, using lean start up, design thinking and an innovation mindset.

Joshua brings an entrepreneurial and human-centred approach in helping organisations drive innovation.
He has partnered with Australian government departments to address challenges such as culture transformation and business model innovation using design thinking. Joshua has also founded a number of startups and internal company practice areas. This diversity allows him to guide clients through the design process, commercialise innovation and reframe business models.
Joshua's experience spans executive leadership development, leading innovation, senior team effectiveness and change management.

Michelle advocates design-led policy development, digital literacy and the future of work. Her specialism is supporting public sector leaders in tackling policy and service delivery challenges using design thinking.
Her experience spans lean startup, innovation strategy, thought leadership and open innovation with ASX200 clients in property development, retail and technology.
Michelle previously worked at a global technology consulting firm in management consulting and project management. Michelle sits on the Sydney University Business School Undergraduate Industry Advisory Board which aims to develop academic, industry and student relationships to foster collaboration and innovation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce Liberal Studies from the University of Sydney.
Joanna has demonstrated capability working with both large and small organisations to provide considered and strategic solutions to commercialise innovations and solve business problems.
Joanna recently returned from London where she worked in operations establishing the UK and European markets of an Australian-based tech start-up, and delivering major IT projects at an international law firm. Her previous experience in consulting, political, and legal roles has provided Joanna with a deep and diverse commercial knowledge.
Joanna is admitted as a Lawyer in NSW, and has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from Australian National University.
