Dr. Jeffrey Tobias – Managing Director
Jeffrey’s career in innovation and the application of information technology has spanned the worlds of academia, big and small business, government and research. His leadership, clarity of thought, creativity and drive have generated cutting edge advances and successes in business. Jeffrey is an accomplished strategist with years of commercial and business experience. During his career, Dr Tobias has incubated and grown a medium sized business to $100m in revenue, participated in public service policy formulation, led the Smart Internet Technology CRC as CEO, sought venture funding and managed funds, built vertical markets in the healthcare and retail spaces, and used his entrepreneurial skills to start, grow and successfully sell a number of commercial operations. His most recent role was leading the global Innovations Practice for IBSG, Cisco Inc’s executive consulting arm.
Dr Tobias is also an adjunct faculty member at the AGSM UNSW, and at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Sydney.

Jemma Parsons – Director
Jemma has spent a significant part of her career working in Asia in business development and project management roles. Most recently in Indonesia, she worked for an ASX 200 listed Australian corporate that manages complex government funded social development and infrastructure programs across the region. Through these roles she became a passionate advocate for adopting innovation methodologies to address complex development challenges. Prior to her time in Asia, Jemma consulted to the Australian government in a range of legal and social development roles. Outside of work, Jemma has a passion for entrepreneurial projects, applying lean start up and design thinking methodologies to build new startup ventures.
Jemma holds a Masters of International Law from The University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Asian Studies from the Australian National University.

Anna Chatburn – Marketing Director
Anna loves communicating how organisations can use more innovative effective and intelligent business strategies.
She has previously worked in innovation communications and marketing roles in the education and consulting sectors in the UK and Australia.
Anna’s marketing experience spans government, non-profit and private sectors, in industries including professional services, energy, consumer products, technology, education, retail, transport and environment internationally.
Anna studied Sociology at Loughborough University in the UK where she developed a passion for sustainability, green business and ethical consumer products.
